About the designer:

Laura’s love for bold jewelry began growing up in Milwaukee, when her grandmother would allow her to play with her collection of jewelry boxes. This passion led her to study Art History in San Francisco, followed by years of traveling and living throughout Europe and Asia. While living abroad, Laura refined her eye for design, drawing inspiration from international antique and jewelry markets, as well as the rich and diverse cultures of the various countries she spent time in.After relocating and putting down roots in NYC, Lauralaunched Kimono Dragon in 2019, all while working inadministration and HR for small tech startups. Despite thelate nights, Laura’s unwavering love and dedication toKimono Dragon has propelled her to the next step: creatingher own collection. The Laura Gray collection is a lovingtribute to her first inspiration, her grandmother, whose lastname was Gray.
