This vintage 50s/60s dress from the high-end couture label Roter, London, is made from chiffon with glittering dots. The top is loose to the waist, and the skirt falls loosely over the lining with a wide velvet strip at the bottom. The asymmetrical top features a velvet strip on one side, ending in a bow at the back. The dress has a zipper and hook-and-eye closure on the side. It is fully lined and in good condition.
