- Unique & Versatile Flavor: Experience a whole new world of smoothness and flavor with our Onyx cold brewed coffee beans processed intentionally to have lower acidity. Our roasted espresso coffee beans are perfectly ready-to-drink option that you can pull out of the fridge or as a milk beverage.
- Mixed Blends: Our espresso beans are low in acidity and high in sugar browning which reacts well with fats in dairy or tastes smooth and sweet. The Onyx coffee beans blend is made from a freshly washed offering that provides notes of cocoa, dates, and a thick creamy texture.
- Flavor Notes & Origin: For this Cold Brew blend coffee, we use a washed Ethiopia roasted longer than normal to add that complex stone fruit and brown sugar note with the Colombian coffee to find the cocoa and date, while also adding the creamy texture to our medium-to-light roast coffee beans blend.
- Brewing Guide: We brew these Ethiopian whole coffee beans medium roast blend in our own cafes as ingredients, and we infuse it with some nitrogen to amplify its texture with cocoa, dates, brown sugar, stone fruit, and creamy notes. This Cold brew Onyx coffee ground is steeped in room temperature water for lower acidity.
