Our Mercury Blend consists of whole beans sourced from Peru and Honduras. Our organic whole bean coffee from Peru is cultivated by 124 women farmers of APROCCURMA. Washed and sun-dried, the flavor profile includes peach, plum, kiwi, floral, and maple. Our beans sourced from Honduras are the result of a collaborative effort by over 1,500 producers in the Santa Barbara region, working alongside the San Vicente exporter. After they are fully washed and mechanically dried, the result is a flavor profile of chocolate, orange, and caramel. 

Our Venus Roast features hand-harvested Parainema beans from a Nicaraguan family farm. These beans are fully washed with spring water and sun-dried naturally, delivering a clean finish and a unique flavor profile of citrus, caramel, and rich cacao.

Our Callisto Decaf beans come from the Amazonian Highlands of Central Peru, cultivated by the indigenous Ashaninka farmers of the PANGOA cooperative. The unique blend of varietals delivers a mild, sweet taste. The beans are fully washed, then gently decaffeinated using an eco-friendly natural water process.
