• Items must be returned in unworn and resalable condition, including the shoe/boot box. When trying on shoes, walk only on carpeted surfaces to avoid scuffing the soles.


• Include a note inside the package with your exchange request.

All items must be in their original packaging with the tags attached and be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. We will refund you as soon as we receive the item back.
