This fabric is a very fine cotton velvet with a ribbed structure. Its fine and dense ribs make it a subtle fabric called \"milleraies\" velvet or babycord in English. Comfortable and light with its weight of 120g/m², it is ideal for making shirts or overshirts for the start of the season. Used in ready-to-dye and then dyed by diving, this fabric absorbs colors perfectly and, although it is matt, is very interesting for its nuanced and changing reflections depending on the light.
