Black Butte Gold:

Named after the iconic butte just west of Sisters, this blend was created by the founders of Sisters Coffee in 1989, the year of our founding. Crafted to be unique yet consistent, Black Butte Gold is composed of coffees from Brazil, Papua New Guinea, and Colombia blended together to create a rich and complex cup. Our roasts for Black Butte Gold pair perfectly with cream and sugar, but are equally delicious black. Black Butte Gold is a delicious brew that meets you anywhere you are on your journey.

Foundational, Black Butte Gold has been with us since our beginning in 1989. In parallel with our story, Black Butte Gold has changed over the years while striving to always stay true to our roots. Coffees from Brazil, Papua New Guinea, and Colombia are roasting in ways that honor Joy and Winfield’s, Sisters Coffee’s founders, original intentions. Full bodied and with low acidity, chocolate tones pair perfectly with our dark roast just like it did back in 1989.

Sisters Blend:

Two hundred and eighty six thousand square acres of wilderness covered in mountain glaciers, forests, lakes and endless beauty. Our namesake blend is crafted to evoke the spirit of our Three Sisters Wilderness. Sisters Blend is three Latin American coffees which balance with a forth coffee from East African coffee. Sisters Blend is like the comfort of a small mountain town paired with the call of adventure from the untamed wilderness. 

Three coffees from Latin America and one from East Africa fuse into our namesake blend, Sisters. Named after our beloved mountain town, this blend is the perfect adventure starter. Subtle and with excellent balance this medium roast is the coffee equivalent of laying in the summer sun next to a glacial fed creek.

Roast Level: Medium

Flavor Notes: Brown sugar, toasted walnut, cinnamon

Origins: Three Latin American and one East African

Mild acidity, velvety body.

High Desert Sunrise:

As the sun rises over the high desert, the sky is pierced by the first rays of light. Bright illuminations paint the clouds and snow covered peaks hues of pink, yellow, and red, a stunning display of natural beauty. Our High Desert Sunrise is your perfect companion for the earliest hours of the day. Central and South American coffees coalesce into the perfect morning coffee with tones of red apple, vanilla, and citrus.

Uncommonly sweet, like the first light of day, High Desert Sunrise is characterized by balance and acidity. Notes of apple, vanilla, and citrus are completed by a smooth body from the medium roasts of Central and South American coffees.

Tasting Notes: Milk chocolate, honey, sugar cane and lemon
