A smattering of tiny faux white pearls add more interest to the net that is gathered to lightly pouf on the top and out on the sides.Due to the fascinator hat type structure, any measurements are not critical and this is made to be virtually \"One Size Fits All\".Inside the front of the cap there is an attached clear comb.
