Production & Important Information

Each Willow & Olive blanket is custom made to order and begins production immediately after purchase. Production time averages 3–7 business days. Additional time may be required during peak seasonal periods.

Our blankets are created using a jacquard weaving process, where colored 100% cotton threads are woven together rather than printed. This technique produces a softer, more muted appearance with natural variation in tone and texture. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings, device brightness, and individual display settings.

All blankets feature decorative fringe on all four sides. Due to the weaving construction, two sides will have black and white fringe, and two sides will have multicolored fringe. This is a standard characteristic of jacquard woven blankets.

Because your blanket is made specifically for you, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for color preference, fringe appearance, personal taste, or change of mind once production has begun. Returns or replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective.
